# Connect Claude

Mosio is a remote MCP server at:

```txt
https://mcp.mosio.me/mcp
```

You sign in with your Mosio account the first time a client connects (OAuth). The client then acts in the workspace you choose, and only sees that workspace's videos.

## Claude (web, desktop, mobile)

1. Open **Settings → Connectors → Add custom connector**.
2. Paste `https://mcp.mosio.me/mcp` and save.
3. Press **Connect**, sign in to Mosio (or create an account), choose a workspace, and allow access.

In a new chat, ask for a video. For example: *"Make a promo video for Kopi Senja: iced palm sugar coffee, Rp18.000, open until 10 pm."*

## Claude Code

Install the plugin, which adds the connector and two skills:

```txt
/plugin marketplace add usemosio/connector
/plugin install mosio@mosio
```

Then run `/mcp`, choose `mosio`, and sign in. To add only the connector:

```sh
claude mcp add --transport http mosio https://mcp.mosio.me/mcp
```

## Other MCP clients

Any client that supports remote MCP servers with OAuth can connect to the same URL. Clients that cannot do OAuth can send an API key instead, in the `x-api-key` header. Create one in the dashboard under **API key**.

## What Claude can do once connected

The connector adds tools for templates, previews, rendering, and status, plus a library of motion-design guides. See [MCP tools](/reference/mcp-tools) for the full list. Only rendering spends credits, and Claude asks before calling it.
